I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in English, concentration in literature before 1700. I made an A in Advanced Grammar in college and also studied linguistics as well as liberal arts. My minor is in psychology and I have done graduate work in Organizational Leadership. Two primary passions are education and leadership. I have worked in the field of education for over 20 years, most recently with nurses, assisting them in finding degree programs they can complete from home while having full time careers as well as families. I have also been a sales manager and trainer, holding the position of National Sales Trainer for two different companies. I am effective in training and communication skills and love working with many different kinds of learners, cultures, and people. In 2008 I completed Accelements Training which explores all the different types of learners and learning and how to be effective in communicating with a variety of different personality types and learning styles.
